Personal data are processed strictly on the territory of Romania and there is no intention to transfer personal data to third countries or to international organizations. In the unlikely event that a transfer might be necessary, the Controller will ensure either that the transfer is made to a country that ensures an adequate level of protection, or will take additional adequate guarantees to protect your personal data, such as the implementation of standard contractual clauses approved at the European level or binding corporate rules.
